Auto-closure of problem

Hi,   Normally how many days it takes to close the problem ticket once resolved. And where can I find regarding this auto-closure of problem.Thanks in advance

Resolved! LIst Collector not showing all users

I'm using a list collector on a form showing the List Table as sys_user source.I'm only seeing small list of users, I can type a user name and it's available to use, but our users want to see the entire list of users.

closed_by is empty on all my sc_task

Hello, would anyone know why closed_by isn't being logged? Looking at all my sc_task I cannot see who closed them. When I open the record I can see, but the field closed_by isn't being populated automatically.\
