I would like to provide users with the ability to import data to a table such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge, etc. The users can currently see the ability to Export, but not Import. What role or type of access do they need for Import capability. The users importing are trusted and can be provided with a high level of access, if needed.

Hello
You can provide the below roles to the users depending on the requirement. If they are trusted users then you can also provide the "Import_admin" role so that they can manage all aspects of import sets and imports. Else import specific roles are also present to schedule import or load import sets or manage import set transform maps and run transform.
Hope it helps!!

Thank you for the response. I'm specifically looking for the way to do this within the Incident list view. For example, let's say I'm looking at all Incidents, I can click on the menu option for one of the columns and then I'll find an option to Import. I see this, but others users, even those who have import roles, do not see the option to Import that way.
