In the AP incident record, the 'Incident Start Date and Time' and 'Incident End Date and Time' field

In the AP incident record, the 'Incident Start Date and Time' and 'Incident End Date and Time' fields should consistently display the exact values entered by the user.
However, the current behavior shows that these values vary depending on the user's time zone.

We have the catalog item for the AP incident request submission, in that we have fields 'Incident Start Date and Time' and 'Incident End Date and Time'. once this request is submitted, this fields value will be captured in the ap incident.

 

Could you please help with the date values for these fields are displayed consistently and remain the same for all users?

since those are date/time, they will be stored in GMT/UTC only.

Those will be displayed as per logged in user's timezone.

You can't show them consistently and it wont' remain same for all users unless all users have GMT/UTC timezone.

not possible.

I already explained above how date/time are stored and rendered in UI.
