How do I make a variable in the catalog item bold?

I need to make the label of a multiple Choice variable,  question to appear in bold color in the Service Portal. How can I achieve this? It should be implemented only for a specific item, so a widget wouldn't work. Please advise.

Thank you, but this solution isn't working. However, I found how to overwrite the needed class with CSS in the catalog item description source code.

I am trying to do the same. Can you share the steps please? I am not sure where to find the CSS for a catalog item.
