Hi,
If you mean print directly from ServiceNow using OOB features, this can be accomplished by navigating to the record in question. Once there, click the gear icon in the upper-right hand corner of the screen which presents with a menu like so:
And click "Printer friendly version" as indicated by my cursor.
If you wish to print a blank version of the form, then click "New" to begin creating a new record, but don't fill in anything and repeat the steps I listed above.
