how do you add new actions to the Actions on selected rows

I want to be able to create actions (such as adding a Problem # to a group of incidents) that you would do using the "actions on selected rows" button.

Different actions depending on the situation (closing a group of tickets; adding a change or problem ticket, etc.

I am assuming the same process could be using in the Knowledge Base: moving selected items to a new knowledge base or changing catergories

If you don't find it under System Definition> UI Actions, take a look at System UI> UI Context Menus to see if your mysterious entries are there.

Thank you. It turns out that these were global tags someone added in before my time. Found them and made them inactive.
