How do you allow users with just the "snc_external" role the ability to submit certain Catalog Items?

I've been struggling opening up two catalog items I created to users on the Service Portal with just the "snc_external" role.

I've tried the following:

1) Updating the catalog item's Accessibility settings to users with the snc_external role.

2) Updating the "sc_cat_item" Portal page to allow users with the snc_extenral role.

3) Update the "SC Cat Item" widget that sits on the "sc_cat_item" Portal page to allow users with the snc_external role.

After doing this, it seems as though these users can get to the Portal Page and see content on that page, but the catalog item is produced through the "SC Cat Item" widget and these users are not able to see that widget even though that widget is updated to allow visibility to users with the snc_external role.

Does anyone know if there is something else I need to update to get this to work?

Hello , There is an interesting underrated feature in catalog called " User Criteria Diagnostic" in catalog module, just go to that enter the name of the user whom you want should access the catalog and then give the name of the catalog and then Run the Diagnostic , if any USER CRTIERIA or setting IS specifically stopping it from viewing you will get to know.

Thank you so much!

That tool showed me that there was a User Criteria tied to the "Not Available For" related list for that catalog item that was preventing accessibility for users with the snc_external role.

I just had the "Available For" related list on my catalog item so I had no idea that unwanted configuration was there.

Thanks again!
