How does end-user reschedule or cancel a walk-up appointment?

Hi,
Is there an OOB way for end-user to reschedule or cancel an appointment that was created using the walk-up experience components?
Steps I have done:
1. As an end user, fill in a record producer form on service portal that will create a record in wu_appointment table
2. Below is the OOB view in service portal you get after submitting:
Question 1: If I can't make the appointment, how would I reschedule or cancel it using an OOB way? Is there any?
Question 2: Is there no OOB list view available in service portal to see all appointments similarly as requests?

It seems, once the appointment has been assigned to an agent, the user is no longer given the option to reschedule or cancel.
This is a bit confusing because the user is given a 7-14 day lead time.
Our process entails the appointment getting assigned as soon as possible to an agent, then icalendar notifications are sent to both the agent and user.
