My requirement is i need to create one system user and also whenever system closes any incident the closed by should be the system user i created.
My question is what all basic minimum roles the system user should have also where all i need to update in the system so that whenever any incident is auto closed by system it should show the user i have created.
@Ankur Bawiskar any suggestions?

no role required as you just need to set that user in closed_by
Try giving minimum snc_internal role
I believe I shared a working solution.

that's OOTB behavior. Why to change that?
If you want then you can update that line to set closed_by as your newly created user, pass that user sysId there at line 37
But remember you should avoid updating OOTB Components
OR Another Way to not touch OOTB, create your own BR
-> before update BR -> State Changes to Closed and State Changes From Resolved
-> set the Closed By with your custom user
