I tried two ways:
1. Export Update Set
2.Remote Update Set:
Is Remote Instance Module Is not there in Zurich and Australia Release, Why?
Is there any other way apart from these two?

We are in Zurich at current moment and are utilizing remote update set / remote instance when retrieving update sets from lower environments.

- Remote Update Sets (Update Sources) : Best for: Standard daily work between development, test, and production environments where network paths are open //Recommended
- XML Export and Import

-Log into Target: Perform all setup configuration steps while logged into your Test (target) instance.
-Create Update Source: Navigate to System Update Sets > Update Sources and click the New button.
-Enter Dev Credentials: Fill in your Dev URL and active administrative login credentials, then click Save.
-Retrieve Remote Sets: Mark your Dev update set as Complete, then click Retrieve Completed Update Sets on Test.
-Preview and Commit: Open the retrieved set, resolve any conflicting errors, and click Commit to go live.
