How RITM getting attached to ReQ

Hi,
Once Request approved the RITM getting attached automatically. What is OOB workflow or script doing these functions.
Can anyone let me know.

Every REQ will have at least one RITM.
In your case one req is approved RITM is generated, if the order value is below 100 then it is auto approved and REQ and RITM will be generated together.
Its just how catalog items work, not sure of we can see those scripts.

Yes you are correct, the REQ is auto approved and RITM generated. But if I want shouldn't to create RITM means, what can I configure?

why would you want no RITM under that REQ? why to disable that? Not a good practice and doesn't fit in ITIL process.
REQ simply means somebody wants to raise a request and it can contains multiple catalog items.
Once REQ is approved system generates the RITM, the code for this comes from this BR.
the script include "CatalogRequestUtil" is read-only which handles this
