How to add attachments in to case form after creating a case from record producer ?

In my record producer i created one attachment variable and map this variable to case table.

case form -

but after create case from this record producer if i attached some files into that attachment variable it didn't attach or show in case from.

what should i do ? i need to create script include or Client script ?
