How to add content of "Activity" section of the Overview section of SoW Incident Form?

Hi all,

 

I have been trying to modify the "Activity" section of Overview tab of SoW Incident Form. I am unable to find which section of the form to be modified. Under "Details" tab, I was able to add content into "Activity" section by adding "Activities(filtered)". However, I am unable to do the same thing for Overview tab. 

 

I am attaching the screenshots to show Details and Overview sections. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello @Alp Utku,

Solution:

To add "Activities (filtered)" to the Overview tab:

  1. Go to an existing Incident Record, click on Additonal Actions and click Configure.
  2. In Form Layout, add Activities (filtered) to the Notes tab.
  3. Ensure you're editing the Service Operations Workspace view. If you're using a different view, make sure to update the layout in that view as well.
