How to add header- field in script include that inserts sys_email records?

Hi there,
After upgrading to Zürich, we are experiencing some problems with our Inbound Action for Incident Updates.
We had contact with ServiceNow Support and they told us they can see that the header- field in the script include that inserts our emails into sys_email as records, is missing.
This was always working as meant, untill we upgraded. Now we are wondering how to include this header- field into this script include nearby the method "_insertMessage". Here below a snipped where the "insertMessage" method is mentioned.
I expect it's not something like "add "email.header = message.header" in a new row, isn't?
Can anyone advice? Thanks in advance!
