How to add hyperlink to risk assessment questionnaire

Hi All

I have a requirement where i need to add an hyperlink to risk assessment questionnaire, not to individual question but need to add 1 hyperlink on the top which will be useful for all questions, where it references to a document and user can refer it before filling out the form.

Any inputs is appreciated.

Hi @Abhiram9 ,Check with the order of the Rich text Label variable ,this should have lowest order as compared to other variables/choice options.
