How to add Interaction Records In Service Portal.

Hi All,

I am new in coding. I want to add interaction records in service portal. Can you please help me to add interaction table records inside My Open Incident widget.

Hi, based on your partial screenshot you want to update the simple list 'My Open Incidents'?
/sp_instance_vlist.do?sys_id=4c3540f147330200ba13a5554ee49012

OOB this instance of simple list is configured for the Incident table only, so if you want to include Interactions you would need to update the instance records Table to 'Task' and then update the filter to only return task types of Incident and Interaction.
