Hello All,
I already found the solution to it.
I went to native ui and came near related list and list control and have changed the view to service operation workspace and configured the list layout and that worked.

Steps
1) click the Gear Icon present in your related list and Click Edit columns
2) Select the columns you want to be seen in list and move to right
3) save
Ask your users to logout and login again
The changes will be reflected in workspace.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
