HI All ,
I need to add box showing related KB article under related records
Need to add a box in which KBs can be searched and added by service desk similar to other boxes like Change and Problem as in screen shot

Hi,
These are reference fields on incident form.
You can create one reference field and add on incident form. But this would be custom field and user need to fill manually.
There already OOB functionality to add related KB articles. Please check if this works for you.

Hi,
Open Incident table configuration or open Any incident record and right click on header-> configure->table.
In table configurations, click on New to create new column.
Create a reference field like below:
Save the form.
Once column is created you can add that column in Related record section by using form designer or Form layout.

thanks a lot i followed above steps to create Table and it worked
Also can you help as
As per attached pic I have added box under related items In incident module for desk agents to link KBs they used to incidents however is it possible to make sure ONLY PUBLISHED KBs are visible and can be saved in this box ?
