Hi @shivanisutar,
I haven't experienced such error in migrating NLU to LLM but in similar interface (activating AI skills in the Now Assist admin) and what can help sometimes is to go back one step, wait and continue again.
If it doesn't help, go and create case from the Support Portal to get assistance from ServiceNow. As you mentioned LLM then it's clearly not a PDI so you can do that.
