How to add Module in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

I need to add module in Service Operations Workspace same as we have in Agent workspace. 

In Agent workspace I can see all list modules by clicking on Configure Workspace but in Service Operations Workspace I do not see like this. 

Please help me to know where these modules are configured in Service Operations Workspace. All these modules under List:

Also, Custom My list created in Agent Workspace need to show in Service Operations Workspace:

This should also reflect in Service Operations Workspace:

I'm not following what you are asking? You want to copy the variant? if yes, there are 3 dots next the variant name that you can use for duplicating it.

Yes, but how that duplicate one would apply to show changes to user?

You have to add a condition or audience as to which one to show based on the condition or audience.

There are 3 dots at the end of the variant name.
