Add button in Standard Ticket Header widget

Hi all , i am trying to add custom button below case button in Standard Ticket Header widget. So this Standard Ticket Header is dependent on Case Ticket Action widget. how to customize these widgets.

Hi,

It is part of a widget. Follow below instruction to add a button:

1) Go to Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration
2) Open the record where Table is matching the table name of your record (Case table)
3) Goto Action Region tab
4) Open the widget mentioned in Action Widget
5) Edit this widget to match your requirement 

Note: Change scope to "Service Portal - Standard Ticket" to edit this widget

Hi,how can i link my cloned Standard Ticket Header widget to the newly custom Case Ticket Action widget?
