How to add "Home Page" UI action button on the survey submission page in the walk-up portal

Hello, 

 

In the ServiceNow walk-up portal we would like to add a UI action button on the survey submission page that allows the user easily navigate back to the home page of the walk-up experience after submitting the survey. Currently it's re-directing back to the same survey page instead home page after submitting the survey.
