How to add second level approval to group manager and members both in flow designer.

In Flow Designer, how can I configure a second-level approval that is automatically routed to both the Regional BSC Group Manager and all active members of the BSC group, based on the caller's location?

Hi @Bella1418 

It should not  be the case. Could you please check that only active members are added to the group? If there is an inactive member, that member will not receive emails.

Currently, I have configured the second-level approval in Flow Designer to trigger when anyone approves -> get catalog variables -> u_caller > Location > Regional BSC. At this point, only the group members are being added as approvers. However, I also want the Regional BSC group manager to be included in the approval list along with the group members based on caller's location.
