How to add underline to the assessment as shown in image and remove underline for below related record?

If you add a underline, that becomes a link. What is the requirement can you elaborate more and why you need a underline?

Hi @prash4 ,
I wouldn't support such requirements, it's purely Customer Eduction is required as what to click and what not to click.
Records are supposed to be underlined as it takes you to the particular record.
If you really have no option to proceed and deliver this, it would include chages to the Widget code and it will impact Globally.
