how to calculate Average Days Open (1 Day, 2 Days, +3 Days) and Percentage in report

Hi,

 

I have created a report to the below information.
Name of Report: Customer Report
Type of Report: Bar Graph
Data Elements Required: Customer Name
Total Number of Cases
Case Type and Percentage
Case Sub Type and Percentage
Average Days Open (1 Day, 2 Days, +3 Days) and Percentage

But how to calculate Average Days Open (1 Day, 2 Days, +3 Days) and Percentage in the same report.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be useful.

This can't be done in one report. Just put the data on a dashboard to show everything instead of putting it in one report that needs explanation to read.

To get the data calculation you will need to use PA.
