How to calculate the timestamp of each stages of playbook

I want to calculate the time spent for each stages of playbook . Any suggestion please.

everything is stored in these backend tables

-> sys_pd_context (the main playbook context is here)

-> sys_pd_activity_context (activity execution stays here and it has reference to sys_pd_context table)
