Hi, just wondering how peolpe are managing Vendor (SaaS) enforced application updates through the Change process.
As we get more and more SaaS solutions onboarded and Vendors enform us of the update dates and provide a link to release notes, the "Normal Change" seems a bit cumbersome as we have no control over the timing or features set we get. I work in an Educational area and updates to applications are common.
We obviously still need to test and communicate the upcoming Change, but these updates don't seem to fit a "Standard Change" either.
Thoughts?
