How to change the field Mapping When creating a change from Problem ?

Hello ,

 

I have a problem related the UI Action ( "Create Normal Change" & "Create Emergency Change").

When I click on the UI Action . I want him to create a Change Request with some field that I want to map with it .

 

Theses are the field that need to Map between Problem[problem] _> Change Request[change_request] :

 

Problem statement -> Change Short description
Service -> Service
Service Offering -> Service Offering
Description - > Description
Assignment group ->Assignment group
Assignment to->Assignment to
Urgency -> Urgency

 

But I don't know how to do it ? Does anyone has an idea .
