Hi,

You have to check prod instance to view clone history as the isntance is cloned from prod.

Kindly mark the comment as a correct answer and helpful if it helps to solve your problem.

Hi supriya,

The System Clone [clone_instance] table stores records for all previously and currently scheduled clones.

Please go through the below link that might help you.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-platform-administration/page/administer/managing-data/tas...

Mark helpful or correct based on impact.

You should not check dev.

Check the prod instance  instead under same heading System clone ---> CLone history

you will get all the details like when cloning was done , what was the target instance etc.

Since you said cloning done from PROD to dev, so in your target it would show DEV.

Prod also Upgraded to Orlando, so data still presented there in PROD?

Yes it will be in PROD.
