Hi All,
I am using flow designer to achieve this. I have incident record i want to close parent incident record only after closing all child incident records.
Here i followed this steps
1) i am triggering the flow designer when the incident state is closed wheather child or parent incident record
2) After triggering i am checking weather this incident record has parent incident record.
3) After checking the condition i am using if child record has number of not closed state
4) checking condition all child tickets are closed or not.
5) If all child tickets are closed state then i am closing the parent ticket
Can any suggest how to achieve this type of scenairo using flow desinger.
