I am creating a form where the users will get the option to select multiple choice-
I selected the Multiple choice option, however it is only selecting one at a time -
How can i fix this please?

Create a Container Start & Container End and create Checkbox variables within the container for each option.

Seems you are using wrong way here. You need to create container and then select the check box variable.
