I have added the discuss button on the incident form in Service Operations Workspace and have been following this KB Article KB1213249 to configure the discuss button.
But even after performing the mentioned steps, the discuss button doesn't work.
I have done the following configurations:
1. Added the Discuss in Incident UX Form Action Layout Item for SOW Actions.
2. Created a record in sys_ux_addon_event_mapping table.
Please let me know if there is anything I am missing.
