Hello SNC,
Greetings.
This takes me to two different portals. I certainly know what sp is. But what this ssp is for? I see this first time. Sorry for being blind onto gather knowledge on ssp until now. But can someone help me to understand the key diff?
Do we have any prod doc., to know more about this?

sp is OOB service portal.
SSP is something which is not OOB provided by service-now, this is most probably a custom portal built by your company with additional functionalities on top of service portal (SP).
You can find a list of all portals in "sp_portal" table.

SP - As you might already know, it's the Service Portal.
SSP- This is a Custom Portal Developed by Your internal Devlopement team, Please ask them about this Portal.
