How to configure Overview section of Service Operations Workspace - ITSM

Hello,

 

I would like to confirgure Ovewview section of SoW ITSM. I have checked the documentation and found out that Oveview section can have different content for Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents. What I want to do is to show Tier 2 View for only a specific group. I have created EVAM definition but there was no success. 

 

Could you please explain me how to configure Overview section of SoW for Tier 2 agents?

Hi @Alp Utku ,

You would require UI builder for that such that you can create a variant of the page and proved access.
