how to connect live agent

Hi All,

Please help me how to connect live agents

as sn_customerservice.customer role user i have loggedin on CSM portal and trying to connect with agent through Chat.

but all way it is showing no agent available .

I have installed below 4-plugins :

1. Agent Chat ,

2.CSM,

3. FSM ,

4.Orders for CSM

@Sironi - I figured this out.  I think I was doing the same thing you were,  using Admin in the group.  If you impersonate John Jason, then set his status as Available, the chat will come through.  I created an account for myself as the customer. I had to login use Chrome and Edge and do monitors to really get a feel,  but it totally works.  šŸ™‚   Good luck!
