How to create these 2 Indicators for Performance Analytics? Aged Incidents & Aged SCTASKs

Good morning.!
I have requirement to create 2 indicators for Performance Analytics?

 

Indicator 1: Aged Incidents
Criteria: Older than 30 days and state is one of: Open, In Progress, or On Hold.

Indicator 2: Aged Request Tasks
Criteria: Older than 90 days and state is one of: Pending, Open, or Work in Progress.

Please help.
