Eric DEFAUX

Hi everybody,

I want to hide and stoped the utilisation of an assignment group, but I don't want to delete it (I want to keep the history)
I tried to disable it, but it is still available in the create incident form.

Hi,

You need to use a dictionary override for assignment group and apply the filter as Active [is] true to hide the deactivated groups.

1. Right-click on Assignment group Field Label and select Configure dictionary

2. Scroll down to Dictionary Override Related List and find a record with the table as Incident and open that record.

3. Checkmark

4. Place Reference qualifier as active=true

Thanks & Regards,

Sharjeel

I tested this in my personal instance as we wanted the same outcome:  deactivate a group (no longer selectable) but retain the history.

the group remained available from the incident assignment group form.

What am i doing wrong.
