Hi,

Now you changed your question.

Earlier you were asking how to hide UI page

Now you are asking how to add field to UI page?

You can update the OOB UI page and enhance it as per your requirement.

Apologies for misundestanding.

Actually I have two options as I mentioned above either I have to hide the Ui page and mandate the fields in the form or I have to add the fields into the OOTB UI page.

And they did not want to hide the UI action as you suggested, they only want to remove the UI page for all the users. So any other wat to remove the UI page.

The UI action is promoting the Incidet as a Major incident. So I cant disbale the UI action. Only I need to hide the UI page.

yes UI page needs to be disabled based on which condition?

Should it be hidden for some role users?

OR

Should it be hidden based on some field value?

You can use that deciding factor to hide the UI page by updating the code of UI action
