Anyone has any idea as to how to disable Scheduling Assistant in Change Management?

Hi,
Good Morning,
In the conflict properties there is one option ["When checking change request conflicts, check whether other change requests are already scheduled for the same assigned to user"]
you can check with that option.

I have this exact same question since this seemed to be introduced in Madrid but we need to disable it since its likely to cause significant user confusion if we move into production with this enabled.
@akshata - We don't have that property enabled but still get the banner message saying a conflict was detected. This causes the user to go to the scheduling assistant and ends up with more questions for CM team than would normally result.
