Hi
Currently the catalog item variable is created with a reference type and references a user table.
I am displaying name, email and department in the attributes of the variable, but when I check it with a user who does not have a role, it does not display anything but name.
[role:admin]
[role:none]
How can I get users without roles to see everything but name?

if this is on Service Portal, then could you look at using a Lookup Select Box instead of a Reference Field? You can then use the "Hope this helps if yes then make as correct and helpful.
