Hi,

in my case when I enabled the knowledge article checkbox just before closing incident it populated the source with the incident detail

Hello Ankur,

Yes i got stuck,As i'm new to this Relationships i'm still not getting where can i make the changes and as i mentioned in above comment source field is showing empty and no other field is storing Incident no in knowledge article related list.

 

Please help me here if any details required i can provide you.
