How to edit the account name displayed on the MS MFA app

Dear Community,

I enabled ServiceNow Multi-factor authentication to Microsoft Authenticator, but the same name was displayed in development and production instances.  (Not user name)

Is it possible to change the display name on the ServiceNow?

Hi AU,

can you please try the Google Authenticator App, to see if there is a difference. With Google Authenticator, it works fine, as I can see instance name and login name for each stored connection.

I tried the Google App and it worked fine, as I can see instance name and login name for each connection.
Basically I would like to recommend the Google app to users, but can users who have only the MS app due to their company see the instance name?
(Hopefully there's the smarter way than renaming in the MS app...)
