How to enable Agent whisper?

The issue I have been facing is that I am not getting the Help Requested tab under the Conversation Monitoring in Lists. Kindly let me know if anyone has successfully installed Agent Whisper. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

This is what we did

1) Enabled Agent whisper in Chat setup

2) Created category with a name 'Conversation Monitoring' and a list with a name 'Active chat interaction' with following conditions and this will be visible for managers who have AWA manager role

So what will happen is every time Agent request for help then Help requested changes to true

Though this is not perfect solution but we were not able to implement notification or alert at that time.

Thanks Musab for replying. In our requirement we have set the agent whisper like this, however could help understand how to actually chat with the other agent(agent with  awa_manager role)?
