How to enable attachment previews in Agent Workspace

Are PDF and Excel files not able to be previewd in the Agent Workspace instead of downloading them?

Hi Sandeep,

we are on Quebec release but still unable to view word(.doc) files in Agent Workspace we are getting the same error. Am I missing anything?

@Tippireddy Bhavana unfortunately Quebec only supports preview of PDF files. Capability to support Microsoft office extensions (.doc, .docx etc.) are still not available.
