How to find a distribution list that syncs with Active Directory?

We have our ServiceNow synchronized with Active Directory. I want to know if there is a way to find out if a distribution group that we are using in ServiceNow is being used in ServiceNow.

Can you give a bit more information?

Your topic says: distribution list, but then your post says distribution group. In either case, are you referring to email distribution to a specific address that is for a group?

If so, within the group records, there's a "group email" field there.

I added the new field as a reference and it is referencing the same table the original manager field references but I do not see the magnifying appearing for the search. I don't have a group email set up for any of the groups, yet the notifications still get to the group. Is there a way to tell if a distribution list from AD is being used anywhere in ServiceNow?
