How to find non active ITIL users

Hi,
In order to better manage the ITIL licenses, I need to find those ITIL users who have not performed any activity in the system.
Is there an easy way to find this?

in order to check whether the ITIL user has updated anything or not in Service Now irrespective of Login you can navigate to the Customer Update table(sys_update_xml) to check for updates made by User.
Type "sys_update_xml.list" in the Application Navigator Search and check on the same.
