How to fix delivery time issue in catalog item

Hi,

Please some one help me on below issue

i updated delivery time in catalog item, but it is not showing while ordering.

If there is an execution plan or workflow associated to it, it will use delivery time from there. Please mark my answer correct if it worked for you

Hi Sironi,

delivery time is shown based on the workflow you attach

It is controlled via the workflow properties. Check the Schedule tab, the Expected time field.

i didn't linked workflow for this catalog item. can't we show Delivery time without workflow?

 

any suggestions can you please provide.
