How to fix delivery time issue in catalog item

Hi,

Please some one help me on below issue

i updated delivery time in catalog item, but it is not showing while ordering.

If there is an execution plan or workflow associated to it, it will use delivery time from there. Please mark my answer correct if it worked for you

Can you check the Execution Plan associated to this catalog item, if there is a delivery time mentioned there

CAn you change the total delivery time to 2 days in the plan and try?

when i added delivery time under Execution plan then it is reflecting at catalog item level. that is great.

 

 

i have small doubt why can't we show Delivery Time from Catalog item Delivery time filed . any suggestions please

It is always based on either the workflow or the execution plan configuration
