i updated delivery time in catalog item, but it is not showing while ordering.

If there is an execution plan or workflow associated to it, it will use delivery time from there. Please mark my answer correct if it worked for you

Oh, I have faced the same issue recently. Thank you for asking this question and thanks to Mr. Ankur for explaining everything.
I'd add that their interface needs to be fixed asap to avoid such issues in the future. I understand that it's difficult to recreate the whole system but it would be beneficial. For example, I really enjoy epacket tracking usa by packages24 company because their interface is very comfy compared to other companies. I'd like to see smth similar here too. I think it's gonna be good for business.
