How to Fix “No Approver Present” in Standard Change Proposal?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to create a Standard Change Proposal in ServiceNow. I filled in all the required fields (Catalog, Category, Template name, etc.), but when I click Request Approval, I get this error:

-No Approver present. Please request System Administrator to configure Approvers.

I’m not sure how to set up the approvers. Can someone please guide me:

Where to add the approver or approver group?

How to make sure the change proposal can be approved?

Add members to the approval group. It will work.
